Product Description

DMV is an equipment which belongs to the plastic technologies developed by Engin Plast. This kind of volumetric dosing systems are used to process homogeneous blends of plastic and natural materials in the form of pellets, grinded, fibers, powders, through the volumetric dosage of each single component.

APPLICATION

DMV is a versatile equipment that can be installed directly above the process machine in place of the feeding hopper, or on the ground in order to feed other machines.

In the DMV the process cycle starts from the sequential volumetric dosage of the materials. The dosed materials are subsequently mixed in a blender which is specifically studied for guarantee an homogeneous blend suitable for feeding the next process. A high-performance microprocessor controls the process.
