Product Description
TRIO-M system is an unique equipment used for feeding several lines of process with different blends of plastic or natural materials in form of pellets. This gravimetric dosing system belongs to the plastic technologies developed by Engin Plast. These technologies enable the measurement of each single component of the blend.
APPLICATION
The TRIO-M is a device composed by a weighing unit which can be installed on the ground, whereas the other mixing units can be installed on the ground or directly on the process line.

In TRIO-M the process cycle starts from the preparation of the solution, which is combined to every process line through the gravimetric dosage of plastic pellets, with a sequential weight reading through a balance supported by high-resolution load cells. The weighed materials are successively transported and mixed on the different process lines. A high-performance microprocessor controls the process.
